INSPIRE™'s unique proprietary bundling of project management tools and creative development solutions, allows individual or group management of workflow and development of creative projects at assigned, secured levels of access and revision control! Project administrators can setup projects using the New Project Admin Wizard, and maintain control using the INSPIRE Administration Module (See "Module Content"). Only project administrators have access to this area of the system so project control is determined by accountability of roles.

INSPIRE's™ functionality centers around a room design in which users can enter rooms for documentation and conceptualization, and production rooms for design, video, and audio. There are also integrated functions for administration, Gantt Chart application, and Calendar management.

Access to each room of the system is three-tiered —Agency, Client and Vendor — and within those levels, rooms can be turned on and turned off for specific users, making sure that no one sees anything they shouldn't. In addition, users can be given View access (read only), Upload access or Upload and Download access, further tightening the reins.

The Comment Board system throughout INSPIRE™ creates a virtual paper trail, creating instant accountability.
Access to INSPIRE™ is simply done through an URL and your personal security credentials that are determined at set-up (User ID and password).
