Collaborate and Communicate

The Comment Board system throughout INSPIRE™ Essential's creates a virtual paper trail, creating instant accountability. Any piece of a project — documents, audio, artwork elements, rough cuts — can be commented on in the Comment Board, which automatically logs the user’s name and a timestamp, while also recording the information in a Bulletin Board area. The Bulletin Board is searchable, enabling further access to changes and other information.

Project team members can see individual comments alongside the assets in each of the Document, Design, Audio, and Video room. In addition, authorized submitters can post new drafts for reviews as well as add or remove approvers throughout the approval cycle.
