Approve Assets

Approve or reject assets from within the design preview window. Reviewers can submit comments back to the submitter upon rejection of a submitted design, while approved designs invoke INSPIRE’s™ email notification engine, alerting project team members that a design has been approved, triggering the next task in the creative workflow.

• Designs can be downloaded to a user’s hard drive by launching the asset in a web browser and right clicking to save the asset.
• Comments from reviewers and approvers are all captured in the comments section attached to each asset, and archived in the bulletin board ensuring accountability
• Approvals and rejections are also captured in the comments section and bulletin board for audit purposes.

INSPIRE™ Essential's proprietary online approval engine allows you to route design assets for approval and review to any user in the system, whether they are across the building or across the world.

• With INSPIRE™ Essential, you can assign dates to asset approvals, allowing you to focus on project needs while the system maintains project and reminder status.
• Status icons on each design indicate where assets are in the approval cycle and who is responsible for them
• Approval items appear immediately on a user’s home page, alerting them to which assets need approval and when
